 At MBS Multiplayer Chess™, we are committed to delivering our luxury chess sets with the utmost care and efficiency. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies and procedures. 

  1. Shipping Areas

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within Australia. For deliveries to Metro Sydney a white glove delivery experience is available, please send your request to us at [email protected].

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please contact our customer service for a list of eligible countries and any additional shipping fees that may apply. 

  1. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Shipping costs will be provided on the quotation.

International Shipping: Costs vary depending on the destination and will be provided on the quotation. 

  1. Dispatch Times

Ready-made boards are typically dispatched within 1 week after payment has been receipt and order confirmed. Custom orders are typically dispatched within four to six weeks after payment has been receipt and order confirmed. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order. 

  1. Delivery Times

Domestic Deliveries: Standard shipping takes approximately 7 business days.

International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 15-30 business days. Please note that customs delays may affect delivery times. 

  1. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website. 

  1. Carrier Information

We use reputable carriers such as DHL and Fedex for both domestic and international shipments. 

  1. Packaging

Our chess sets are packaged with precision and care to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use high-quality and durable materials to protect your purchase during transit. 

  1. Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team via email immediately. 

  1. Returns

We cannot accept returns of your product under any circumstances unless your product is defective. Please check our Warranty  for further details.
